Delta Dental Plan of New Jersey Selects
Concurrent Technologies for Web Applications Development and
Hosting

2001) — Delta Dental Plan of New Jersey (DDPNJ) has selected
Concurrent Technologies to develop a suite of web-enabled applications
that will expand the range of services available to its members
and participating dentists. As part of the agreement, Concurrent
Technologies will also host the enhanced DDPNJ web site at CT's
on-site data center.
The new applications will give users more options for interacting
with the system and extracting key information. New services
will include Eligibility and Claims inquiries and submissions,
and an on-line Benefits inquiry and status capability. Together,
these features will provide more robust client self-servicing
capabilities that will streamline DDPNJ's client service operations.
Delta Dental Plan of New Jersey is the state's largest dental
health insurance carrier with more than one million subscribers
and over 7,000 dental professionals.
